Refund Policy

1. 14-day guarantee on the course

If within 14 days of purchase you decide the course is not for you, email us at support@proskai.com or use the link in your Paddle receipt, and we will refund the course price in full, no questions asked. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method (typically within 5–10 banking days).

2. Early access (early bird)

Module 1 and the bonus workflow are available immediately after payment. This is not a pre-order: you get working material on the day of purchase. The remaining 7 modules are released gradually through the end of 2026. Early access is covered by the same 14-day guarantee, counted from the day of purchase. If the course is not completed by December 31, 2026 (not all 8 modules are released), you get a full refund on request, regardless of the 14-day window: email support@proskai.com.

3. Subscription

You can cancel the subscription at any time, and future charges stop immediately. The current month is not refunded (its materials are already available), but everything you downloaded remains yours. An accidental repeat charge after cancellation is refunded in full.

4. How to request a refund

1. Email support@proskai.com with the subject “Refund” (or use your Paddle receipt).
2. Include the email address you paid from.
3. We confirm the refund within 2 business days; the money is returned by Paddle. After the refund, access to the learning area is closed.
