🏆 Module 1. Resume Review with AI — No Made-Up Facts

The core — in 20 minutes: a prompt that reviews a resume against the role, a side-by-side candidate comparison table and a checklist for verifying AI answers. Paste it into your chat and use it today.

Plus deep-dive materials — optional, when you need them:

  • the full lesson on the resume review prompt · free to open
  • criteria sheet: 12 traps that catch AI making things up
  • an honest comparison of Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini with a scoring form
  • Boolean/X-ray and your first message to a candidate
  • decision matrix: which AI for which task
  • resume de-identification checklist and the “Market snapshot”: plans, limits, privacy

Included: our own run through Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini with verbatim quotes, so you have something to check your results against. Plus a practice pack of synthetic resumes, so you can train without any risk to real candidates.

🎁 Bonus: “Shortlist from 100 Resumes: A Step-by-Step Workflow”

A ready-made procedure: de-identification → criteria and scores for your role → batch AI scoring with an explanation for every candidate → shortlist. With templates, prompts and a practice batch of resumes — it works even if you don’t have an open role right now.

The other 7 modules ship gradually through the end of 2026. Don’t like it? Full refund within 14 days of purchase.

AI is already in recruiting. The question is whether you can check what it gives you

AI is already inside recruiting: online tools write cover letters for candidates, ATSs filter applications, and the colleagues next to you are already running resumes through a chatbot. The question isn’t whether to use it — it’s whether you can check what AI gives back.

Sound familiar?

AI won’t replace recruiters. Recruiters who use AI will replace those who don’t.

And no, this isn’t about “a prompt that does everything for you.” LinkedIn Hiring Assistant and the AI features in ATSs can already source and pre-screen on their own. The question is no longer “can you prompt” — it’s how to manage these tools and check what they produce. That’s exactly what we teach.

What changes in your work

BeforeAfter
You write Boolean strings by handAI helps you draft Boolean/X-ray queries, and you run the search — on the job boards you already use
You read a stack of 100 resumes one by oneCriteria and scores for the role, an assessment with reasons for each candidate — and a manual check of the borderline ones
Cold messages from one templateA message written for a specific candidate — checked to make sure everything in it is true
Interview notes in the eveningA draft summary and scorecard from the transcript, which you proofread
Guessing which AI system is betterYour own “what to use for what” matrix — with scores and quotes
Scattered hacks from YouTubeYour own repeatable AI workflow for your hiring cycle

The bottom line after 8 modules: less manual routine, more time for real interviews and negotiations. The first result — a resume review against the role that you can trust — already in Module 1.

01 Resume Review with AI — No Made-Up Facts ● available today

The core — in 20 minutes: privacy in three minutes, a resume review prompt for the role, a candidate comparison table and a checklist for verifying AI answers. Lesson 1 — free →

Deep dive, optional: a criteria sheet with 12 traps, an honest comparison of three systems, Boolean/X-ray and a candidate message, a decision matrix, a de-identification checklist, the “Market snapshot” and the bonus workflow “Shortlist from 100 Resumes.”

Result: an AI resume review where you can see what’s proven and what’s made up.
02 Sourcing: Search Queries and Messages with AI
AI helps you draft Boolean/X-ray queries for the role and first messages to candidates; you do the searching — on the job boards you already use. You learn to check that a query doesn’t filter out the people you need.
03 Screening and Scorecards: An AI Filter Under Human Control
A deeper take on the bonus workflow: you build your own scorecard for the role, work through borderline cases, check the scoring for discriminatory patterns and prepare the results for the client.
04 Job Descriptions and Outreach That Get Replies
Job descriptions for different audiences, personalized cold messages and follow-ups. You learn to see what works from the replies to your own messages.
05 Communication, Scheduling and AI Interview Notes
Reply templates for candidates, interview scheduling, a draft summary and scorecard from the call transcript — and what to check in them.
06 Orchestration: From One-Off Prompts to Your Own Workflow
You connect the steps from Modules 2–5 into one repeatable pipeline and set human checkpoints wherever AI can’t be trusted to make the call.
07 Interviewing with AI: Role-Specific Questions and an Interview Scorecard
From the comparison table and the “Hypothesis to check” column, you build questions for each candidate, prepare an interview scorecard and review the answers after the call: what was confirmed and what wasn’t. The decision is yours; AI prepares the material.
08 Built-in AI in LinkedIn and ATSs: What Comes Out of the Box and Where Your Work Starts
What the built-in AI features of LinkedIn and ATSs can do, where they get it wrong and how to check their output. An overview: the course doesn’t require you to buy paid tools.

A living course

AI changes every month: new models, new features in LinkedIn and ATSs. We don’t sell static information that goes stale in six months. Most AI-for-HR courses are recorded once and never change after that; ours is text-based, so we update it as AI changes. Through the end of 2026, all updates are free while the course is being released. From 2027, we plan monthly updates — fresh model comparisons for HR, new sections, short news — through a small optional subscription.

The course and every fix to it are yours forever, no subscription needed.

Who this course is for

✓ A good fit if you’re

  • A recruiter at a tech company or agency who runs roles yourself, from sourcing to offer
  • An HR generalist at a small company who handles recruiting and everything else — this is the part of the job that eats up the most hours
  • A sourcer or TA partner who wants to stay in the profession
  • A recruiting team lead who wants to standardize an AI workflow for the team

✗ Not a fit if you

  • Want a general HR management course (onboarding, KPIs, L&D) — this one is narrowly about recruiting
  • Already use AI for sourcing and screening every day — the first modules won’t have much new for you

The typical format is 10–35 hours of video. We studied the market and built something short, practical and alive — in English, in text. That’s why it’s $89.

Frequently asked questions

Why pay when there are free prompts on YouTube?
Free prompts are scattered, go stale within months and don’t add up to a system. The course gives you a working process: what to do at each stage of hiring, where AI saves hours, and where to check its output by hand so you don’t lose a good candidate.
How is this different from other AI-for-HR courses — and why is it so cheap?
We looked at the AI courses for HR and recruiters available in fall 2026. Almost all of them are typically 10–35 hours of video, recorded or live, for $400–2,000; in some, AI is just one module out of ten and the rest is general HR. We did it differently: short text modules with ready-made prompts and checklists that you open during the workday and apply to your role right away; in English, in text; only about recruiting; updated as AI changes. No video and no studio means the course costs less to produce — so it’s $89, not hundreds or thousands. You pay for tools, not for hours of airtime.
LinkedIn and ATSs already do sourcing on their own — why do I need a course?
That’s exactly why the course has a separate module on it. Built-in AI features automate actions, but they don’t check themselves — a recruiter who can check the output and catch a mistake in it is always a step ahead of someone who just clicks the button.
Do I need paid AI subscriptions?
The course is designed for free plans, but we’ll be upfront: free-tier limits change every month, and sometimes the system quietly switches you to a weaker model. The materials include stop rules for spotting this. Current limits are in the “Market snapshot,” which is part of Module 1. Paid tools (LinkedIn Recruiter AI, hireEZ, Metaview) are covered as an overview — the course doesn’t require you to buy them.
Is it safe to upload candidate resumes to ChatGPT or Claude?
By default, no: consumer plans of popular AI services use your chats to train models, and paid plans at ~$20 don’t turn that off. That’s why Module 1 starts with privacy: in the first lesson you turn off training on your data and work out what you can share with a service and on what terms. The module includes a 2-minute de-identification checklist to run before uploading and a pack of synthetic resumes, so you can practice without real candidates.
Will you tell me which AI system is the best?
No — and that’s more honest than it sounds. Models update every month: any “verdict” written once and for all is wrong within a few weeks. Instead, you give the systems your own test task using our procedure and criteria sheet — while the current model names, plans and limits live in a separate, dated “Market snapshot.” Your decision matrix will outlast any release.
What exactly do I get on the day I pay, and what comes later?
A personal link to the learning area appears on the checkout page right after payment and arrives by email within a few minutes (no email? check your spam folder). Inside: Module 1 — the core in 20 minutes (the resume review prompt, the candidate comparison table, the AI answer checklist) and optional deep-dive materials: five lessons, the bonus workflow “Shortlist from 100 Resumes,” a de-identification checklist, a synthetic practice pack (10 resumes + 2 job openings) and the “Market snapshot.” You can open the first lesson right now, without paying, and see the format from the inside. The other 7 modules ship gradually through the end of 2026 — we’ll email you about each one. If within 14 days of purchase you decide it’s not for you — full refund.
Why $89 now and $120 later?
Price rises as modules ship: $89 now → $120 from January 1, 2027. Buy at $89 and you get all 8 modules as they come out, plus every fix to them — forever, no extra charges.
Will there be updates?
Fixes to the course are free, forever. We plan monthly updates as a separate, optional subscription — see “A living course”.
How much time will the course take?
The core of each module takes about 20 minutes, plus practice on your own role; deep-dive materials are optional. The other seven modules ship gradually through the end of 2026 — you go through them as they come out, one evening each. It’s self-paced, with lifetime access to the materials.
Does it work for agency and in-house recruiters?
Both. Sourcing and screening workflows are the same — the course has examples from both worlds.
What if it’s not for me?
A 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase — no conditions, no “why” questions. Separately: if the course isn’t complete by December 31, 2026 (not all 8 modules are out), you get a refund on request, regardless of the 14 days.
Will this still be relevant in a year, with tools changing all the time?
The core of the course isn’t “which buttons to click” but the logic of the process: how to frame a request, how to check the result, how not to lose a candidate to an algorithm’s mistake. That logic doesn’t go stale as fast as any particular tool’s interface.
