These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Solo Agent OS digital product (the "Product"), sold by ProskAI ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

Solo Agent OS is a digital Notion template bundle: a set of pre-built Notion pages, databases, checklists, prompt libraries, and related written materials ("Templates") that you duplicate into your own Notion workspace. It is not software you install, and it does not access, store, or process any data on your device.

2. License — personal use only

When you purchase the Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Templates for your own business as a real estate agent (or your own brokerage/team, if purchased for that purpose). This license does not permit you to:

You may customize your own copy of the Templates for your own use. All intellectual property rights in the Templates remain with us.

3. Digital delivery

The Product is delivered digitally — typically as a link to duplicate the Notion workspace, together with a setup guide and any bonus files, sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Because delivery is instant and access is granted immediately upon purchase, no physical shipment is involved.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam/promotions folder if you do not see the delivery email within a reasonable time. Contact us at support@proskai.com if you have not received access within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Not legal, financial, or professional advice

Educational resource, not legal advice — review with your broker/attorney. The Templates — including but not limited to the Transaction Checklist SOP and the Fair Housing wording checklist — are educational materials designed to help you organize your own workflow. They are not a substitute for legal, brokerage-compliance, tax, or financial advice, and they do not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, MLS rule, or brokerage policy. You are responsible for reviewing all checklists, wording, and workflows with your broker and/or an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before relying on them in your business.

5. No outcome guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific business result, including but not limited to lead conversion, revenue, time saved, or transaction outcomes. Results depend on your own effort, market, and business practices.

6. Payments and merchant of record

Payments for the Product are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for this purchase. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT collection where applicable, and receipt issuance. Your order confirmation and receipt will come from Paddle. We (ProskAI) are the seller of the Product and are responsible for its content and delivery.

8. Changes to the Product

We may update, improve, or modify the Templates from time to time. We are not obligated to provide free updates indefinitely, but we intend to keep the Product reasonably current for existing customers where practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product, including business losses, lost leads, or missed deadlines. The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
