“ProskAI” (“we”) is an educational project that creates practical online courses on applying artificial intelligence tools in specific professions. The project is operated by a registered sole proprietor; the proprietor's legal details are available on request at support@proskai.com. The seller of record for all purchases is Paddle, acting as merchant of record (see section 3).
We sell access to the online course “AI for Recruiters”: interactive web-based lesson playbooks with text materials, step-by-step procedures, prompt templates, evaluation forms and synthetic practice data, plus an optional monthly subscription for material updates and a digest. Access to the purchased course is lifetime. Access to subscription materials lasts for the active paid period; materials downloaded while the subscription is active remain yours.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle is the seller in all transactions with the buyer; Paddle's buyer terms also apply. Prices are shown on the course page; applicable taxes (VAT/GST) are calculated and remitted by Paddle.
The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time (via the link in your Paddle receipt email or by emailing us), and no further charges apply. For early bird buyers, the subscription price stays fixed for as long as the subscription remains continuously active.

Course materials are for the buyer's personal use. Reselling them, publishing them publicly, or sharing access with third parties is prohibited.
We teach working methods but do not guarantee specific career or financial outcomes; these depend on how the buyer applies the materials. Metrics shown on the course page are typical results of the methods, backed by sources, not a promise of an individual result.
We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Material changes are announced to active subscribers by email.
